"WHAT IS THE POSITIVE INTENT OF MY COMMUNICATION?"
​What if I always asked myself that question before I opened my mouth? How might that change my words, my tone of voice, and my physical posture? What if I always checked inside myself first to find conscious, specific and purposeful words? What if I only spoke with the vulnerability of sharing from my direct experience?   What's the worst that could happen?  My ego might loose some made up battle? Oh well.  What's the best that could happen?​

What's the worst that could happen?  I might miss some insult or attempt at passive aggressive control? Oh well.  What's the best that could happen?
