WHAT'S THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?When the Big Bad Wolf shows up does the structure for your day get blown away? Does it seem like you're working hard, but still feel unfulfilled?
Building a strong foundation for your day is a key step for putting your energy into what's most important. 1) Know what gives meaning to life for you: purpose, passions, dreams, bucket list. Write these down and keep them in a conspicuous place. Edit them when the urge arises. 2) Maintain a task list organized by subject area: what gives meaning, self-care, fun, relationships, growth, work, career, and routine tasks. Create easy access for planning your day, week, month, etc. 3) Plan tomorrow at the end of today - plan next week at the end of this week - etc. At the close of your work day is the perfect time to plan. Your mind is active and you can prioritize what's important. Then you can rest easily and rise the next day with clarity. When we build a solid structure for our body, mind and soul to express, we ensure the things that are most important are not pushed aside. We create organization and space to express creatively, and fulfill our hearts desires. How do you want to show up for this gift of life?
